My car was washed and Oliver and Service Manager walked me through what was done and made sure I was completely satisfied before I signed off on any paperwork.

The office was clean and they had beverages and snacks for their customers. Also, they handled the insurance company so I didn’t have to be stressed.

I came here by accident but let me tell you I’m glad that I found this place. the most professional technician work here. center valley automotive is the best in the entire san fernando valley. I had to do a full detail on my moms car and they did the best job my mom was very happy WITH THE JOB and the prices are reasonble and most of all best customer service.

I am absolutely floored by the great service Vince and his team provided me! My car looks like new and the repairs only took five working days, they even finished a day ahead of schedule! Vince is very professional and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The receptionist (I sadly didn’t get her name) was very kind and understanding as well as being prompt with making sure I was well informed of the process of repairs. I will gladly go back to center valley automotive for any future repairs I may need. Thanks Vince and team for making me one happy camper!
